Q1 2021 Windsor-Essex Real Estate Market Stats

 

In the first quarter of 2021 (January through March), we can see the demand for homes across Windsor-Essex County continued to rise as sales and prices continued to climb, while the number of listings was consistent with the previous year. The number of homes sold in Windsor-Essex County was up significantly in Q1 2020 over the same period in 2020, increasing by 30.8% compared to the previous year. Prices were also up dramatically, with the average sales price growing by 37.6% and sitting at $511,000. The percentage of listings sold was also up from the previous year, with 84% of all home listings selling compared to 64% in the same period in 2020.
